Lively town centre bar popular with locals, especially horse racing fans, with all races and other sports showing on large TVs. The public and lounge bars have separate entrances from the street but are serviced by a central bar. There are two handpumps, but only one real ale is available at a time, alternating between Caledonian Deuchars IPA and Strathaven Claverhouse. *Handpump still there, but real ale has not been available for some time*
