On the village green and near the windmill, this is a traditional two bar pub evenly split between the drinkers and the diners - the latter serving wholesome pub grub with tiled floor, wooden beamed ceiling and Traditional interior. The bar has a nice warm fire in the winter. Events take place throughout the year, regular quiz's, street food vendors, live music and pub games nights. The pub tries to put on Meet the Brewer and tap takeovers quarterly and it hosts the village 'QUAINTFEST' yearly with 12 real ales.
