The Jewel is on Bridgnorth's High Street, near to The Northgate; a Wetherspoon pub with strong food business. The beers are from national sources, three regular ales and two (sometimes three) from other national breweries.

In 2019 the toilets were awarded a Platinum rating by the inspectors from the Loo of the Year Awards 2019.
