New Whitbread pub opened in late 1994 at base of University of North London students' accommodation block. Ale house theme with a large single island bar, bareboards, alcove seating and a large standing area. Open all permitted hours.

Later became music bar reopened by the Highbury Pub Company following change of tenant in Dec 2019. Opening earlier for Arsenal home games. check on Insta for more info!
