A traditional town centre pub named after Thomas Becket, with a pool room and two separate bar areas with three well kept real ales on handpump. It is situated in the main High St with the Butt Close public car park to rear. Many local groups use the pub for their meetings.

No food available but customers are welcome to bring takeaways (plates & cutlery provided) to eat in or have a picnic in the garden. A family friendly pub that also welcomes well behaved dogs on leads. Children welcome until 5pm.

A juke box provides the music.
