SOLT opened as a restaurant and bar in July 2026 having formerly been the Elephant pub. The owners have redesigned the venue with simplicity and hospitality in mind. An open plan, bright and airy interior is set out for both diners and drinkers and there is an outdoor terrace covered by a pergola. SOLT's food takes the form of a large and varied selection of small plates with a Mediterranean theme all cooked on an open flame grill. Sunday roasts are also offered. SOLT is located on the on the busy A500 in Shavington and has a large, well maintained car park.
