Four hand pumps are nestled at the side of the bar by the pool table area. This runs into a roomy casual restaurant, furnished in pine with a pastel backdrop. A sunny patio laid out with tubs and baskets is at the side of the building and a large beer garden lies beyond the car park. Fresh, home-cooked food with a cheaper Rapid Lunch menu including various ciabattas and more exotic dining in the evenings. Quiz on Wednesdays.
