Popular and compact Victorian pub, rather dwarfed by surrounding modern buildings and close to the huge Nine Elms development. Refurbished in contemporary style in 2017, with a further make-over in 2018, the interior now features bench seating, plastic foliage and an array of TV screens showing sport (can be noisy at times). Upper floor has been converted to hotel rooms. Open for breakfast from 7.30 (8.30 Sundays).
Cask ale discontinued in 2025, though two handpumps remain.
Formerly Wyvils then Vauxhall Griffin, originally Builders Arms.
