A Glasgow institution, real ale can be found in the upstairs bar which includes a well hidden roof terrace. It is part of a well known restaurant but has a well defined if busy, drinking area in the ever popular Ashton Lane. There is also a downstairs bar. The pub was for many years a part of the Glasgow real ale scene but this was discontinued at the time of the Covid lockdowns in 2020.
