Friendly and welcoming free house at the northern end of Taffs Well. Three handpulls on the bar, two serving real ale and one serving cider. Small independent brewers favoured with big hop flavours a common feature. A range of local and national craft beers is also available. Bar meals served 5.30-8.30 Thurs-Sat, with a new expanded menu from March 2025. Sunday lunches served. Buses stop nearby and Taffs Well railway station is a level 15 min walk to the south.
