A family run, local country pub, set remotely in a small hamlet and alongside a busy road. A “destination pub”, it does focus on food, but also happily serves drinkers both locals and passers-by. Inside at the front, there is a large sports bar area to the right, leading down to a lower smaller cosy lounge area on the left, both served by a small central bar. There is a large separate restaurant at the rear, whilst outside is a marque which is sometimes used for weddings.
