This historic inn has many beams and some pargetting. It's popular with ramblers and close to Finn valley walk.

Breakfast served on Friday-Sunday from 10am-11am

Quiz night on last Friday of month.

Historic Interest

The building dates from the 16th century, with many subsequent additions. Under US Jim Crow laws, during WWII, the Fountain was designated as being for the use of black GIs, with their white compatriots using the Grundisburgh Dog.
