14C coaching inn, still retaining old stabling. Former Lovibonds pub. One large rambling bar with beams, and open firestand. Separate restaurant at one end and tea room at the other. Upstairs accommodation bears witness to the Bull's age with sloping passages and uneven bedroom ceilings. Bought by Hop Back in 1998 but sold on a few years later. Petanque court in grounds at rear of buildings. Fine example of a traditional English pub.
