Located in Winchelsea Sands Holiday Park, the pub is so named because it's on the site of the 31st Martello tower, counting from East to West. It is supposedly haunted by the ghost of a barmaid murdered there. During the winter season the pub serves a single real ale, sourced nationally, with a second added in the summer when demand warrants it.
