The Black Dog Oven is situated on the inner Peel harbourside. Whilst it specialises in pizzas, it is open as a bar.There are open areas, areas covered by temporary coverings, and an inner area under more substantial cover, though open without doorways. There is a mixture of seating including a settee in the indoor area. Live music is common at the weekends. Whilst no real ale is stocked, in terms of keg products and cider, there is huge support for the local on island breweries and producers, with beers from Bushy's, Odin, Okell's and ciders from the Manx Cider Company and others. There are reduced hours kept in winer months.
