Former Jury's Out re-opened as Brighton Bierhaus. Was the brewery tap for Brighton Bier, but now operating as a freehouse. 5 handpumps and 20 keg lines as well as numerous Belgian and German beers in bottles and cans and a real cider. Large screens in bar displays beer list with descriptions and prices. Drinks served in one third, half, two thirds and pint measures. Bring your own food / order from local takeaways / occasional popups. Toasties from the Croque Shop available. Card payment only.

The main front entrance has three deep steps up and handrails, but there is another entrance on the left-hand corner that only has a shallow step. From the entrances there is level access to the bar, but there is a step down to the toilets area, and there is no accessible toilet.
