This village local is located just off the A64 and has a main bar divided into drinking, eating and games areas plus a separate restaurant. One regular beer is offered together with three guests sourced from Yorkshire microbreweries. Pub teams participate in local pool, darts and domino leagues. At the rear is a spacious beer garden and partially covered smoking/drinking area.

In addition to changing guest beers, one or two house beers are sourced from Yorkshire Dales Brewery
