Edge, Southampton

This is a club, which means that the bar may be only open to members.

Southampton's only gay nightclub has bars on two levels. The ground floor bar features a dancefloor, some very colourful lights and a pool table. Upstairs is a quieter bar and VIP area. There is also an outside smoking area. There are DJs most nights and other events such as karaoke, fancy dress and drinks promotions. Although it is a members' only club, non-members may enter when accompanied by a member or at the discretion of the door staff. Most nights require an admission fee although quieter nights are sometimes free admission. The Edge opened in its current form in 1995 and was formerly a pub known as Aggie Grey's and the Compton Arms.

The nightclub section and the Box Bar may have different opening times.
