This is an older pub close to Sutton Harbour and the Barbican Leisure Complex. It is still a one-roomed corner terraced pub with a slate floor. It is a favourite haunt of local fishermen, and also local people who still live close by. Paintings of local fishing trawlers adorn the walls, as do old photographs of the pub in days gone by. The one well-kept rotating ale on offer generally comes from the St Austell and Bath Ales breweries, such as Anthem, Tribute or Gem, although beers from other Devon breweries also appear regularly.
