This outlet is in part of the old Spa building next to the former Allan Water Hotel (ex Hydro). Although the main hotel closed in the 1970s and was converted into flats, the spa building became a bar & restaurant in recent times. It operated as Vecchia Bologna, Chambo, Next Chapter and is now a licensed Indian restaurant called Five Rivers.
