A country pub on the main Ayr-Galloway tourist route, about four miles from Ayr Hospital. Locally renowned fresh Scottish food is prepared. The real ale has recently been replaced by keg Arran Blonde. There are stunning views of the Carrick Hills and the Isle of Arran from the conservatory and an outside patio. A notice board in the car park informs of walks in the surrounding area.
