This popular micropub on the ground floor of a Victorian terrace opened in March 2022, offering up to four cask beers, one of which is usually gluten-free, and a wide range of gins.

The front entrance leads directly into the attractively decorated main room, with the bar area through a flat archway to the rear. Interesting clock above the fireplace.

Limited food menu of hot and cold snacks, but there are occasional themed evenings, such as curry nights.

Historic Interest

Built late 19th century as an extension to the adjacent town house. Premises almost certainly a shop of some sort for several decades, but the pub’s immediate precursor was a café.
