Perched on a hillside above a rocky beach this characterful hotel provides stunning views of the Kyles of Bute. Extensive refurbishment took place during 2020/21. There is a large bar and dining area divided into four sections and decorated with paintings and model ships. Two handpumps in the central part serve beer from the nearby Fyne Ales brewery. All tables are set out for dining but drinkers are very welcome.

The hotel offers 10 en-suite bedrooms, a residents lounge and there are 15 moorings available for visitors from the sea.
