This is a restaurant, where drinking alcohol, including draught and bottled beer, is only allowed when food is being consumed.

Formerly the Geisha Hotel and Mortimers Restaurant (and Basement Bar) this became Kassaba in 2016. the Ottoman in 2021, Rion's in 2022, and Real Rich since October 2024. Ocean House opened in the basement for a week or so during 2022, reopening as Silver Sand Lounge in 2023, then Kazza's Bar in 2024 (closed 2025). Kazza's Bar now moved to separate venue.
