Traditional village inn with whitewashed stone walls, heavy oak beams, real fires and a large garden. Purchased by the local community from Greene King in 2014, the pub has gone from strength to strength ever since. Reopened under new management 1 November 2024. The local bus service is a community minibus; you can get here on Wednesdays and Fridays, 12noon from Witney but that's it. The alternative is a half-hour walk from Standlake.
