This spacious independently run pub with quirky decor is divided into several areas with a separate pool room and small function room. The venue is very popular with locals but also attracts many visitors. With a strong community emphasis the bar operates a book exchange and has open mic on Wed. evenings. A well planted beer garden with several covered shelters caters for smokers and is popular with all in warmer weather. 5 cask beers are offered, all rotating guests. Accommodation is available.
