Open all day during summer months. Comfortable village pub catering for locals and visitors with a restaurant offering a wide menu. Now a free house, it has pleasant decor with an inviting bar featuring a wood-burning stove, and a spacious separate eating area. At least one of the guest beers is usually from the local Pennine Brewery. Folk Club on Wednesday nights.
