A traditional town centre pub in a quiet side street near the river Thames, with a pleasant enclosed patio garden at the rear.

The pub was closed from July to early September 2024 for refurbishment when new tenants took over.

Historic England Grade II listed, entry number 1291839. Built 19th century stucco façade to earlier, probably timber framed house.
