Large food led venue, that has become a popular and busy "Destination pub". There is a large square public bar to one side, that is popular with the locals and those just wanting a drink. And a larger L-shaped restaurant surrounding it and leading out to separate, wide but narrow, garden terrace and smoking areas. There is also a function room upstairs (The Burton Room, named after the Hollywood actor, Richard Burton who was born in the village) which is used for Sunday Carveries and some live music events.

The outside of the building is dominated by a large mural of another local actor - Ivor Emmanuel. The cosy and welcoming decoration scheme inside is equally as eclectic! Sadly the one cask ale handpump on the lounge side bar is no longer used! There is a Quiz on Thursday evenings and Karaoke on Friday Eves. Food times may include being open for some breakfasts, but may also vary in Winter.

Step free access is available via a ramp to the side door (marked Burton Suite) and then by internal doors into the restaurant. Small steps at the other entrance doors. There is no Accessible Toilet.
